Taking away all of the Modoc's rights is not right and the Government of the United States should not endorse another act of Genocide of our people. It does not matter if you are Modoc or not this is not right and the Klamath's know it, they just want money and don't care if another tribe is destroyed in the process. Shame on the Klamath's, their own constitution states they are supposed to protect and preserve all three tribes rights not just theirs. This is another very good reason The Modoc Nation is now a separate Nation. Our old enemies are showing their true colors!

The Klamath's want you to believe that the Modocs want to give away all their rights, this is a lie!
The only reason they say this is because they voted on it and since the Klamath's out number the Modocs 10 to 1 their votes won. Let the Senators know that the Klamath Tribes Government does not protect the Modocs and never have.
